防水型救生舱防护结构研究

摘    要:参考潜艇结构设计方法,对耐水压150米的防水型救生舱环肋圆柱壳耐压结构的进行了研究,获得了壳板厚度、肋骨型材、肋骨间距和肋骨型号关键参数对耐压外壳所受关键应力和稳定性的影响。通过对外压容器的补强方式的比较和分析,确定了防水型救生舱舱门和观察窗开孔补强的方式方法和面积。通过数值模拟对舱段耐压结构的多种影响因素进行模拟计算,完成了整舱承压性能的应力应变模拟分析。结果表明,所设计防水型救生舱在2.25 MPa的外压下,舱体所受最大应力为100 MPa~300 MPa,整体形变最大值出现在舱尾椭圆封头的最中心,大小为6.1 mm。救生舱整体结构合理,对于防水型救生舱结构设计提供给了依据。

Abstract:Based on the design theory of submarine,it has been studied that the ring rib structure of the water proof refuge chamber which could work under 150 m water pressure. A series of key parameters such as thickness of the shell,rib profiles,frame spacing,frame type,and the pressure casing under the influence of the critical stress and stability were studied. Through the comparison and analysis of reinforcement external pressure vessel,this paper determined the opening reinforcement methods and area of the doors and windows of waterproof refuge chamber. Stress and strain analyses by numerical simulation were conducted on the pressure-bearing capacity of chamber structure being influenced by a multiplicity of different factors. The simulation resulted that the waterproof refuge chamber shell stress is between100 MPa to 300 MPa,the maximum value appears in the whole deformation the center tank tail elliptical head,size 6. 1mm,under 2 MPa water pressure. This type of structure has been proved advantageous in design and could provide design basis for following study.
