| 摘 要： | 胰岛素抵抗是糖尿病、高血压、肥胖症、动脉硬化等代谢综合征疾病代谢紊乱的基础,其发病机制除复杂的遗传因素和环境因素(年龄、肥胖、不同种族)外,胰岛素的靶器官及受体水平机制、脂肪源性细胞因子异常表达及对胰岛素信号通路影响、其他因素在胰岛素抵抗发生过程中都起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Insulin resistance is the basis of metabolic disorder in metabolic syndrome,such as diabetes,hypertension,obesity,arteriosclerosis,and so on.Besides complex hereditary factor and environmental factors(age,obesity,racial difference) in its pathogenesis,mechanism of insulin-targeted organs as well as receptors,abnormal expression of adipose-derived cytokines and its influence on insulin signaling pathway and the other factors all play the important role in the genesis of insulin resistance. |
