| 摘 要： | 安全文化是石油企业的"血脉"文化,安全文化建设在石油企业安全生产中起着举足轻重的作用。本文通过阐述石油企业安全文化的内涵与价值,并结合中石化江汉石油管理局第四机械厂的安全文化建设及HSE安全管理体系,总结出石油企业安全文化建设应把握的原则,并探索石油企业安全文化建设的途径,以此供石油企业安全文化建设者借鉴。

| Abstract: | safe culture is lifeblood of petroleum enterprises and its construction occupies a decisive position in safe production.This paper,through illustrating its connotation and value and combining with realistic situation of the Fourth Mechanical Plant of Jianghan Oilfield,has put forward the principle of constructing safe culture and has also probed its approach,having offered a reference for practice. |
