塔中4沙漠油田地面建设规划研究

为了开发塔中4油田，遵循尽量简化沙漠腹地设施，优化油气水电总体布局的原则，从钻井方案的选定，原油的集输、脱水，含油污水处理，供水、供电技术，自动控制技术和综合防砂治砂技术等方面提出了若干研究成果。认为在开发建设沙漠油田中，必须把新技术、新设备、新工艺、新材料应用到位；要勇于突破传统框框的限制，充分利用油藏自然能量，简化地面工艺设施，减小建设规模；要提高生产管理的自动化水平，靠智能化设备代替人工；要以运行的安全时效作为设备选型的主要依据，从而降低设备的维修工作量和备用台数。

Desert oilfield surface construction planning research

This article introduces the achievements of surface construction planning, design and research in the exploration of thefirst desert oilfield in our country fiom nine aspects. It is pointed out that in order to achieve the maximum safe operation timeefficiency and obtain better investment benefit, the traditional technological bondage must be broken, and measures should betaken to make full used of formation energy and simplify surface process equipments, and advanced automatic ontrol technologymust be adopted to reduce management and operating personnel.This research provides scientific and reasonable guide and basis for Tazhong No.4 Oilfield construction, and offers references for the development of similar oilfields in the future.
