OD1 422 mm X80钢管低温爆破试验研究

摘    要:为了降低我国低温服役管材失效概率,掌握X80钢级管材低温性能,研究了一套低温爆破试验技术和方法,开发了低温爆破试验装置,在-5℃下开展了1次OD1422 mm X80钢管全尺寸低温爆破试验。通过试验得到了裂纹扩展速度和断口形貌,试验结果表明:在初始裂纹扩展速度达到200 m/s以上的情况下,该规格管材可依靠自身韧性将裂纹扩展速度降到100 m/s以下,实现低温止裂;同时试验钢管断口形貌与DWTT断口形貌相吻合,验证了DWTT试验方法的有效性。

Experimental Study on Low Temperature Burst of OD1 422 mm X80 Steel Pipe

Abstract:In order to reduce the failure probability of Chinese cryogenic service pipes,and to master the cryogenic properties of X80 steel pipe,a set of cryogenic burst test technology and method were studied.Then cryogenic blasting test apparatus was developed,and one full-scale burst tests of OD1422 mm X80 steel pipe under-5℃was carried out.During the test,crack propagation velocity and fracture surface morphology were determined.The results showed that(1)present pipe can retard the crack velocity from original above 200 m/s to below 100 m/s by itself toughness;(2)The fracture surface morphology of the tested pipe is similar with that of DWTT,which proved the effectiveness of DWTT method.
