间苯三酚联合地西泮在产程中活跃期停滞的应用

目的探讨间苯三酚联合地西泮在活跃期停滞时促进产程进展的疗效。方法将476例活跃期停滞的产妇随机分为两组（每组238例）,观察组予静脉推注间苯三酚80mg和地西泮10mg,对照组只予静脉推注地西泮10mg,观察两组的活跃期时间、第二产程的时间、分娩结局、产后2小时出血量及新生儿Apgar评分。结果观察组活跃期时间平均为（172.31±24.11）min,剖宫产率17.6%,阴道分娩率82.35%;对照组活跃期时间平均为（220.32±35.23）min,剖宫产率29.0%,阴道分娩率71.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组在第二产程时间、产后2小时出血量、新生儿Apgar评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论间苯三酚联合地西泮应用在活跃期停滞时疗效明显,能促进产程进展,提高阴道分娩率,减少剖宫产率,并对第二产程及产后2小时出血量、新生儿评分无不良影响,值得推广。

The application of Phloroglucinol combined with Diazepam in protracted active phase

Objective ] To evaluate the effectiveness of phloroglucinol combined with diazepam in protracted active phase. Methods ] Puerperas with protracted active phase 476 cases were selected, and were randomly divided into two groups （238 cases per group）, the study group was given phloroglucinol 80mg and diazepam 10mg in intravenous injection, and the control group was given diazepam 10mg in intravenous injection. Time of active phase and second stage of labor, delivery outcomes, postpartum blooding in 2 hours and the Apagar score of the new born were observed after administration. Resluts ] Time of active phase was （172.31± 24.11）min, cesarean section rate was 17.6%, vaginal delivery rate was 82.4% in the study group, and was （220.32 ± 35.23）min, 29.0%, 71.0% in the control group, the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. But the differences were not significant in the time of second stage of labor, postpartum blooding in 2h, and the Apagar score（P〉0.05）. Conclusion ] Phloroglucinol ally diazepam worth widely used which have a good effect in protracted active phase that can speed up delivery progress, increase the vaginal section rate. And without any side effect in second stage of labor, postpartum blooding
