分层分布式电网故障诊断专家系统设计

摘    要:电网故障诊断是保证电网安全运行的重要手段.针对我国目前自动化水平的具体情况,提出分层分布式故障诊断专家系统的设计思想,给出了系统的结构以及诊断方法和通讯问题的解决方案.用分层的方法解决诊断问题,在调度端采用开关信息诊断故障,在变电站端利用保护信息诊断故障,用广域网技术实现调度端与变电站端的通讯.而根据现场自动化装置的具体配置情况,系统可采用分布式方法达到硬件资源的合理应用.

Abstract:A designing ideal of a delaminated and distributed fault diagnosis expert system is presented according to the facts of the Chinese power system automation level.The system structure,fault diagnosis methods and communication scheme are given.The delaminated ideal is used to the fault diagnosis,breaker trip messages are adopted to the diagnose fault in the control center but the relay messages in substations.The communication problem is implemented by the wide area network technology among substations and control center.According to the sets of automation devices,distributed system may be used to achieve reasonable applications of hardware resources.
