我国脑梗死质量管理的历史演变

国家卫生健康委员会通过建立国家神经系统疾病医疗质量控制中心，逐渐探索出适合我国国情的脑梗死质量控制和管理模式。一是出台单病种质控系列文件，对脑梗死医疗服务能力稳步提升起到关键支撑作用；二是基于循证医学制/修订脑梗死医疗质量控制指标，为脑梗死质量管理提供有效工具；三是搭建全国脑梗死质量管理信息平台，发挥数据驱动医院脑梗死医疗服务高质量发展的作用；四是以“目标为导向”的脑梗死医疗质量管理，将极大推动我国脑梗死医疗质量服务水平提升。我国脑梗死质量管理模式实现了从“指标制定-数据采集-结果反馈”向“目标导向-凝聚力量-量化评估”的精准管理转变。

Historical Evolution of Quality Management of Cerebral Infarction in China

The National Health Commission has gradually explored the cerebral infarction quality control and management mode suitable for China's national conditions through eastablishing the National Center for Medical Quality Control of Neurological Diseases and taking a series of measures. Firstly, a series of documents on the quality control of single disease were issued, which played a key role in the steady improvement of the medical service ability of cerebral infarction. Secondly, based on evidence-based medicine, the medical quality control index of cerebral infarction was formulated/revised to provide an effective tool for the quality management of cerebral infarction. Thirdly, to build a national cerebral infarction quality management information platform and play the role of data-driven high-quality development of hospital cerebral infarction medical services. Fourthly, the goal-oriented medical quality management of cerebral infarction will greatly promote the medical quality service level of cerebral infarction in China. The quality management mode of cerebral infarction in China has realized the precise management transformation from "indicator formulation, data collection and result feedback" to "goal orientation, power pooling and quantitative evaluation".
