摘    要:【目的】 分享科云生产管理平台(以下简称“科云平台”)在数据中台建设以及出版生产管理方面的实践与经验,为出版同行建设学术服务平台以及实现数字化出版流程管理提供参考。【方法】 分享科云平台架构,梳理科云平台在期刊集约化出版生产中的特色功能与作用,阐明科云平台对期刊集群化发展的促进作用,同时提出科云平台下一步设想。【结果】 基于科云平台,对出版流程进行切分、优化,细化编辑分工,有助于提升期刊质量和出版效率,并形成集约化出版模式;构建数据中台,将数据与业务相契合,形成闭环模式,有助于提升数字出版平台的学术服务能力。【结论】 坚持以技术革新为突破口,突破传统出版模式,搭建具有自主知识产权的数字化出版管理平台是实现科技期刊可持续发展的必由之路,有助于推动科技期刊数字化转型升级、加快科技期刊集群化发展。

Abstract:Purposes] This paper aims to share the experience of Science Cloud Publishing (SCP) platform in data platform construction and publishing management, which is expected to provide a reference for the development of academic service platform and digital publishing management. Methods] We described the platform architecture of SCP, summarized the characteristic functions of SCP in intensive publishing of journals, and expounded the roles of the platform in clustering development of journals. On this basis, we proposed the development directions of this platform. Findings] SCP divides and optimizes the publishing process, and thus the work of editors, which can improve the quality and publishing efficiency of journals and allow intensive publishing. The data platform is constructed to offer well-tailored services combining data and business and a closed-loop mode, thereby improving the service capability of SCP.Conclusions] It is important for the sustainable development of scientific journals to build digital publishing platforms with independent intellectual property rights through technical innovation. That is also how we can advance digital transformation and clustering development of scientific journals.
