摘    要:永磁同步电机参数会随着运行工况的变化而改变,为实现高精度控制,提高系统稳定性,工程上可采用PMSM变参数控制技术。针对目前PMSM在线参数辨识方法对噪音等非电气因素的鲁棒性差、辨识精度不高的问题,本文介绍了基于TR-BFGS算法的变参数识别方法及优化控制技术。建立PMSM在dq坐标系下的等效数学模型,以实际电机电流和模型输出电流为基准,设计合适的目标函数,去除辨识中的系统扰动和固有误差,通过求解目标函数最小值获取PMSM参数预测值,并以此更新电流、转速双闭环控制系统中电机参数值。试验结果表明,本文所提参数辨识方法辨识精度高,可实现PMSM变参数高性能控制。

Abstract:The parameters of PMSM will change with different operating conditions. In order to achieve high precision control and improve system stability, PMSM variable parameter control technology can be used in engineering. Aiming at the problems of poor robustness and low identification accuracy of PMSM on-line parameter identification method for non-electrical factors such as noise, this paper introduces a parameter identification method and optimal control technology based on TR-BFGS Algorithm. The equivalent mathematical model of PMSM in dq coordinate system is established, and the appropriate objective function is designed based on the actual motor current and model output current. The system disturbance and inherent error in the identification are removed, and the PMSM parameters are obtained by minimizing the objective function, and then the motor parameters in the current and speed double closed-loop control system are updated. The experimental results show that the proposed parameter identification method has high identification accuracy and can realize variable parameter high performance control of PMSM.
