从企业利润的产生思考建筑施工企业经营管理要重视的若干问题

利润是所有企业不能不关注的重要问题，而利润的获得却不是垂手可得的。本文通过阐释企业利润的产生和获得企业利润的关键，提出了建筑施工企业经营管理要高度重视的几个问题，即：要努力提高施工项目管理水平；要形成体现规模经济的经营规模；要做好回收和追收工程款工作；要重视经营和市场开拓；要重视企业法律风险管理。

This paper explains the generation of profits and access to critical corporate profits, proposes several issues of construction enterprises should attach great importance to the management. That is：to strive to improve construction project management;reflect the economies of scale formation scale;to do the recycling and recovery of project funds work;pay attention to the management and market development; pay attention to corporate legal risk management.
