秋葵纤维的化学脱胶工艺

摘    要:采用化学脱胶处理秋葵纤维,对预酸和碱煮工艺中的参数进行优化设计,提取出可纺纤维,并对处理后纤维的长度、细度及断裂强度进行测试和评价.预酸处理,硫酸溶液质量浓度2 g/L,处理时间120 min,处理温度60℃,浴比1∶15;碱处理,一煮碱溶液质量浓度7.5 g/L,二煮碱溶液质量浓度9 g/L,一煮处理时间3.5 h,二煮处理时间2 h,处理温度100℃,浴比1∶20,其中一煮与二煮中添加2%的硅酸钠、尿素和JFC。纤维性能测试结果表明:残胶率为7.32%,工艺纤维长度为10~30 cm、细度为2.8 tex,断裂强度为23.8 cN/tex.

Abstract:The abelmoschus fiber with spinnability has been extracted through chemical degumming treatments, and the parameters of preacid and alkali cooking progress have been optimized. The length, fineness and breaking strength of the fiber have been also tested and evaluated. By orthogonal experimental design method, the optimized degumming parameters have been confirmed, preacid processing, the concentration of sulfuric acid 2 g/L, treatment time 120 rain, treatment temperature 60 ℃, bath ratio 1:15; alkali treatment,the alkaline concentration of one-pot 7.5 g/L,that of two-pot 9 g/L, treatment time of one-pot 3.5 h, that of two-pot 2 h, treatment temperature 100℃, bath ratio 1-20, each concentration of the Sodium Silicate, carbamide, and JFC 2%. The experimental results of the fiber properties demonstrate that residual gum rate is 7.32%,the length of the produced fiber 10-30 cm, fineness 3.1-4.2 rex, breaking strength 23.8 cN/tex.
