摘    要:通过工艺矿物学研究,在查明甘肃某低品位铜镍混合矿中的有价组分、赋存状态、矿物组成、次生蚀变、嵌布粒度及结构、构造等特性的基础上,探讨分析矿石中达到工业利用品级的镍矿物和铜矿物的回收价值及利用途径。建议采用分段磨矿、分段选别的工艺流程,在细磨的磨矿条件下得到铜镍混合精矿。

Study on Process Mineralogy for Effectively Recovering Mixed Copper-Nickel Ore from GanSu

Abstract:With the research on process mineralogy characteristics to ascertain the properties of mixed Copper-Nickel ore from GanSu, including the main valuable minerals, occurrence state, composition, secondary alteration, dissemination size, structure and construction etc., the recovery value and beneficiation approach of nickel mineral and copper mineral whose grades both reach to industrial grade were investigated. A flowsheet of stage grinding and stage flotation was recommended, which mixed copper-nickel concentrate can be recovered after fine grinding.
