摘 要: | 通过表面热力学,建立了造型粉的包覆度与其表面张力、比表面积的数学模型,并模拟了典型的球形粒子在不同包覆度下的比表面积的变化趋势,为采用表面张力和比表面积法测试造型粉的宏观包覆度奠定了理论基础。

Abstract: | In this paper, a new mathematical model about the relationship between the coverage degree of molding powder for plastic bonded explosives and its surface energy and surface area based on surface ther-modynamic was erected. The change trend of specific surface area of representive spherical particles at dif-ferent degree of coverage was simulated. The work above, a theory foundation was reestablished to study the macroscopic coverage degree of molding powder through surface energy and specific surface area. |
