慢性心力衰竭患者合并抑郁的调查研究

目的了解慢性充血性心力衰竭患者中抑郁的发病情况及特点。方法对126例心力衰竭患者抑郁发生情况进行调查，收集病人的相关资料，评估抑郁发生的相关因素。结果126例心衰病人中有38。9％的病人存在明显抑郁，其中心功能分级、房颤、高血压病可以影响病人抑郁的病情，抑郁程度与脑钠素原（pro—BNP）、高敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、病程、年龄有较强的相关性，没有发现性别与抑郁有相关性。结论心力衰竭患者中存在较高的抑郁发生率，值得临床医师重视。

The Investigation of Depression in Heart Failure Patients
