摘    要:伴随着因特网和电子商务大潮的涌入,近年来CRM在中国如火如荼地发展开来,但企业实践效果并不十分理想.针对中国企业在应用和实施CRM系统的过程中面临诸多挑战的现状,本文旨在分析企业实施CRM的关键因素,以期为中国企业正确理解和有效实施CRM提供有益的借鉴.

Abstract:With the emerge of Internet and electronic commerce, CRM rapidly springs up in China in recent years, but the practical effect is not quite co-ordinate with the expectation. Based on the fact that Chinese enterprises face variously special challenges in the course of CRM system enforcement, the article studies on the key factors of that in order to provide some contributive references for the correct comprehension and enforcement of CRM in China.
