火电机组真空系统严重泄漏诊断及系统改造

摘    要:大唐鸡西热电有限责任公司有2台超高压调整抽汽供热机组。机组在试运阶段真空系统严重泄漏,严重影响机组安全性、经济性。公司依靠自身技术力量,分析多种影响真空的因素,找到了真空系统泄漏的关键原因,是机组轴封冷却器疏水至凝汽器热水井的多级水封本身存在严重缺陷,从而使空气经疏水管进入凝汽器,造成机组真空降低。经过系统改造,凝汽器真空大幅度提高,机组真空严密性达到优良标准。

Abstract:There were two sets of superhigh-pressure regulated extraction steam heating unit in Datang Jixi Thermal Power Co., Ltd.. The vacuum system if the units leaked seriously in trial operation stage, affecting the safety and economy of the units seriously. Relying on its own technology force, the company analyzed various factors affecting the vacuum, and found the key reason for the vacuum system leakage is that there was serious flaw from the shaft seal .cooler drain to the multilevel water seal of condenser hot well, so that the air flew into the condenser through drainage pipe, causing vacuum reduction of the units. After the system transformation, the condenser vacuum improved greatly, and the vacuum tightness of the units achieved high standard.
