手术治疗重型颅脑外伤临床研究

目的通过对手术治疗重型颅脑外伤的临床效果研究,为重型颅脑外伤的治疗提供指导。方法选择我院收治的150例重型颅脑外伤患者作为观察组,给予手术治疗,选择同期就诊的100例重型颅脑外伤患者作为对照组,给予保守治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组存活率76.0%,高于对照组的31.0%(P<0.01)。观察组预后较好率59.6%,高于对照组的16.1%(P<0.01)。结论手术治疗重型颅脑外伤可提高患者存活率,改善患者的预后情况。

Clinical study on operation in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury

Objective To provide the guidance for the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury through study of the clinical effects of surgical treatment of severe traumatic brain injury. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with severe traumatic brain inju- ry in our hospital who were adopted in the observation group were given surgical treatment. Other 100 patients with traumatic brain in- jury in the same period who were adopted in the control group were given conservative treatment. Clinical effects of the patients in both groups were compared. Results The survival rate of the patients in the observation group（76.0% ） was higher than that of the patients in the control group （31.0%） （ P 〈0.01 ）. The prognosis of patients in the observation group（59.6% ） was better than that of the patients in the control group（ 16.1% ） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Surgical treatment of severe traumatic brain injury can significantly increase the survival rate of patients and improve patients＇ prognosis.
