我国村卫生室经济补偿机制分析——基于系统动力学建模

目的：分析我国村卫生室经济补偿机制,探讨相关改革政策。方法：利用系统动力学建模进行分析。结果：村卫生室经济补偿模型涉及农村居民、医保部门、物价部门、财政部门等主体及相关政策;新农合资金、政府财政补助资金、农村居民自费资金共同构成了村卫生室的经济补偿来源。结论：村卫生室相关改革政策的推行,要以其经济补偿机制为基础,系统考量,以权衡村卫生室经济的合理补偿与农村居民医疗费用的合理增长为原则。
