掺铜TiO_2光催化降解活性艳红X-3B的研究

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺铜TiO2光催化剂,以活性艳红X-3B溶液光催化降解反应为模型,研究各种因素对活性艳红X-3B光催化降解的影响.实验结果表明:适量的Cu2+掺杂可明显提高TiO2的活性,本实验中最佳量为0.5%.掺杂Cu2+的TiO2光催化剂最佳用量为1.5g/L,溶液pH为5左右,活性艳红X-3B溶液初始浓度为40mg/L,加入H2O21ml/L,40min左右活性艳红X-3B降解率可达到94.3%.

Abstract:Adopts sol-gel method prepare the Cu2+ doping TiO2 catalyst,taking the photocataly decoloration of reactive brilliant red X-3B as a model,to research several factors which influence the reaction.The results indicated that appropriate amount of Cu2+ doping can markedly increase the photocatalytic activity of TiO2,and the optimum amount is 0.5 % in the experiment.The degradation ratio of reactive brilliant red X-3B reach 94.3 % within 40 minutes under the condition that Cu2+ doping TiO2 is 1.5 g/L,pH=5,initial reactive brilliant red X-3B concentration is 40 mg/L and adding 1 mL/L H2O2.
