摘    要:对加钙脱氯医疗废物焚烧炉内的飞灰和烧结积灰样品进行了微观形态、元素组成和物相分析.结果表明,形成积灰的主要元素是Ca、Cl等,积灰的物相组成主要是CaO及其低熔点共熔体.CaCl_2是造成积灰液相烧结的主要原因,持续高温烧结会造成CaO晶格的致密化.通过对飞灰烧结特性的实验研究,考察了温度、时间、成分和添加剂等对烧结的影响,对不同防烧结添加剂的效果进行了试验研究,结果表明,ZnO和NaNO_3有降低烧结强度的作用,作为防烧结添加剂是可行的.

Abstract:The fly ash and ash deposit samples collected from a commercial operating incinerator were studies.The mor- phology,chemical composition,and mineralogy of the samples were investigated,the results of which show that the ele- ments,Ca,Cl,and Fe are the main compositions of the ash and deposits;CaO and its low-melting point compounds are the main minerals in deposits;the crystal lattice densification of CaO is the result of continued high-temperature sintering.Fur- thermorc,the influences of the temperature,time,components,and additives on the sintering process were examined.Re- sults of anti-sintering additive tests suggest that ZnO and NaNO_3 can decrease sintering intensity of the ash and are feasible additives.
