电液伺服扭振试验机模糊PID控制仿真研究

摘    要:为提高电液伺服扭振试验机控制系统抗参数变化和干扰的能力,保证控制精度,提出了应用于本试验机控制系统的模糊PID控制。首先根据控制系统结构原理建立了控制对象的数学模型。然后设计了模糊PID控制器,使用正交试验法对PID控制参数进行整定,以获得较优的PID控制参数,同时使用模糊控制器对PID的控制效果加以修正。最后利用MATLAB/Simulink对控制系统进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:模糊PID控制对于参数的变化和干扰,能实现控制参数的自调整.具有较好的控制效果。

Abstract:To improve the capacity of the control system against parameter changes and disturbances, and guarantee control precision, fuzzy PID control is adopted in design of control algorithm for control system of testing machine. Firstly, based on the structure principle of control system, mathematical model of the control object is built. Then, a fuzzy PID controller is designed for control system. The orthogonal experimental method is used to fix PID control parameters to get better PID control parameters, and the fuzzy controller is used to amend PID control performance. Finally, simulate the control system with MATLAB / Simulink software. Simulation results show that: for parameters changes and disturbances, fuzzy PID controller can achieve self-adjusting of control parameters, and has good control effect.
