肺隔离症的影像学诊断(附16例报告)

摘    要:目的:研究肺隔离症的影像学特征及其临床价值。方法:报告经手术与病理证实肺隔离症16例,其中X线胸片16例,支气管碘油造影5例,CT11例,MRI2例。结果:X线表现为肺内肿块5例,大片状影11例,其中病灶内有透光区9例;CT表现为肺内片影及团块影,其内具有含气囊腔或液气平面囊肿,共发现异常动脉供血3例。MRI可见到病灶内含气液改变及异常血管影。结论:对肺隔离症的诊断,CT与MRI结合可取代普通X线,断摄影、支气管造影及主动脉造影。

Abstract:Objective To study the imaging features of pulmonary sequenstration and their clinical value. Methods 16 cases with pulmonary sequenstration confirmed by operation and pathology were reported. All the cases had been examined by X ray , 5 of them had the result of bronchography, 11 of them were examined by CT, 2 MRI. Results There were mass shadows in 5 cases, large patchy shadows in 11 cases which had inhomogineous density in 9 cases ,CT showed patchy or mass shadows in which there were air cavity or cysts containing air and fluid; and abnormal arterial supply in 3 cases. 3 MRI shown focus containing air, fluid or with abnormal arterial supply. Conclusion Take combination of CT and MRI may take the place of X ray, tomography, bronohography and arteriography for the diagnosis of sequenstration.
