摘    要:基于AT89C51CC03单片机和电池组监控芯片LTC6803设计了动力电池管理系统数据采集模块的硬件电路和软件实现,详细阐述了MCU模块和电压采集模块等7个主要模块,给出了电压和电流等信号的测量电路,以及RS232和CAN通信的电路原理图,实现了电压等信号的精确采集,电池组的参数信息通过CAN总线传送到整车控制器和电子控制单元。绘制了数据采集的主程序设计流程图,介绍了电压信号采集的软件实现,给出了温度测量子程序,并分析了数据采集模块的实际价值。

Abstract:The hardware circuit and software realization of the data acquisition module of power battery management system were designed using AT89C51CC03 MCU and battery monitor chip LTC6803.Master module,power module,each data acquisition module and communication module were described in detail.The circuit schematics of voltage,current,temperature acquisition module,RS232 and CAN communication module were given.The precise sampling of voltage and other signals was achieved.The parameter information of battery pack was transmitted via the CAN bus to the vehicle controller and electronic control unit for data processing.The program flow chart of the data acquisition module was designed and the software realization of voltage signal acquisition was introduced.The temperature measurement subroutine was given.Finally,the practical value of the designed data acquisition module was analyzed.
