超临界电站锅炉用SA213-T23铁素体耐热钢的激光焊工艺及缺陷分析

摘    要:采用窄间隙激光焊技术,研究了8.5mm厚SA213-T23钢的激光焊接性,并对接头高温持久强度进行了分析。结果显示:焊接过程中存在的主要问题是背面内凹、层间链状孔洞和弧坑裂纹。采用优化后的焊接工艺参数,可以获得X射线探伤和渗透检验合格的焊接接头,焊态下的激光焊接头高温持久强度较热丝TIG焊接头的有明显提高。

The laser welding process and defect analysis of SA213-T23 ferritic heat resistant steel for the supercritical power station boiler

Abstract:The narrow gap laser welding technique was used to study the SA213-T23 8.5mm-thiek steel laser welding, and the joint high temperature rupture life strength was analyzed. The results showed that the main problems of the welding process were the root concavitis, inter layer linear porosities and crater cracks. By using optimized welding parameters, qualified welded joints by X- ray detection and penetration testing can be obtained. The high temperature rupture life strength of the as-welded laser-welded joints has improved more significantly than that of the hot wire TIG welded joints.
