基于QFD质量工具集成的研究与应用

为消除产品设计制造过程中可能存在的冲突、模糊、潜在失效等因素的影响，将各种质量工具、方法与质量功能展开（QFD）进行集成研究。通过分析QFD与各种质量工具的关系，提出了一个支持产品开发的、集成的QFD系统模型，给出了产品设计与制造各阶段问题解决的方法和工具，并开发了集成的QFD软件系统（1QFDS）。通过IQFDS在起重设备的卷筒设计中的应用，表明采用集成化的QFD系统，不仅可以克服QFD所存在的缺陷，而且可优化产品的设计与制造过程。改进和提高质量水平，进而满足顾客需求。

Study and Application on the Integration of Quality Tools Based on QFD

To eliminate the effects caused by conflict,fuzziness and potential failure in the course of design and manufacturing of the product,the study of integration between TRIZ,FMEA,DOE,SPC and QFD is conducted.Through analyzing the relationships between various quality tools and QFD,a integrated system model based Quality Function Deployment(QFD) is presented to support the development of product,specific methods and tools are provided to solve the problem of each phase,and the integrated QFD system(IQFDS) is developed.A application case of designing the reel of the crane illustrates that QFDS can not only overcome the drawbacks in traditional QFD,but also optimize the process of design and manufacturing,improve and enhance the level of quality,and furthermore satisfy the needs of customers.
