| 摘 要： | 目的:评价高危型HPV(HR-HPV)检测在预测宫颈上皮内瘤变宫颈锥切术后残存病变或复发中的意义。方法:收集2004年4月1日～2009年5月30日武汉同济医院妇产科因宫颈上皮内瘤变行二次手术治疗的44例病人的临床资料进行回顾性研究,所有病人均于首次宫颈手术前6个月内进行了HR-HPV检查。结果:Logistic回归模型分析显示,患者年龄、产次、锥切方法、腺体是否累及和CIN病变程度与宫颈锥切后病人是否发生残存病变或复发无关,而HR-HPV测量值(RLU/PC)≥500是宫颈锥切术后发生残存病变或复发的高危因素。结论:HR-HPV检测是一种有效地预测宫颈锥切术后残存病变发生或复发的方法,对子宫颈疾病的诊疗具有重要的意义。
