| 摘 要： | 对我国煤炭工业投资体制改革的阶段历程进行了认真回顾 ,并予以总结和评价 ,在此基础上 ,指出了新时期煤炭工业建立适应社会主义市场经济体制要求、符合煤炭工业建设特点且充满生机活力的新投资体制的方法和途径。
