2011~2013年我院质子泵抑制剂临床应用分析

目的:了解我院2011~2013年连续3年质子泵抑制剂的应用情况及用药趋势.方法:收集2011~2013年我院质子泵抑制剂的品种、消耗量,并将其分类,求其消耗金额,按限定日剂量及金额排序法计算用药频度(Dads)、日用药金额(Dude)并进行分析. 结果:质子泵抑制剂(PPI)中口服泮托拉唑消耗金额最大,消耗量也是最大. 结论:3年来我院质子泵抑制剂消耗量、消耗金额逐年递增,消耗金额排名首位泮托拉唑,新型抗溃疡药有被临床看好的趋势.

Analysis on the use of PPIS in our hospital during 2011~2013

Objective:to understand the application of proton pump inhibitors in 2011 consecutive years in our hospital from 3 to 2013 and the trend of drug application. Methods:2011~2013 the proton pump inhibitor varieties,consumption and the classification, for the consumption amount according to the limit defined daily dose (DDD) and the amount of sorting method calculating DDDs Dads, daily drug cost (dude) and analyzed. Results:of proton pump inhibitors (PPI) in oral pantoprazole consumes the largest amount of consumption,is also the largest. Conclusion:3 years of proton pump inhibitors in our hospital consumption consumption amount is increasing year by year, consumption amount ranked first pantoprazole,a new antiulcer drug has clinical were optimistic about the trend.
