摘    要:目的:分析DRX-1无线平板探测器与床旁摄影机的数字化改装系统的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院180例接受移动CR检查的患者和180例接受改装后的移动DR检查的患者的资料,对移动CR和改装后的移动DR的应用效果进行对比。结果相较于CR,改装后的DR床旁摄影易于防护,辐射剂量较小,图像质量明显提高,使床旁摄影检查更加方便、灵活、高效。结论DRX-1无线平板探测器与床旁摄影机的数字化改装系统改善了床旁摄影工作流程及图像质量。

Digital Modiifcation Sytem of DRX-1 Wireless Flat-panel Detector and Bedside Photography Machine

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of digital modiifcation system of DRX-1 wireless lfat-panel detector and bedside photography machine. Methods The data of 180 patients who underwent mobile CR examination and the data of 180 patients who underwent modiifed mobile DR examination were analyzed retrospectively to compare the application effect of mobile CR and that of modified mobile DR. Results Compared with mobile CR, the protection process of modiifed mobile DR is easier, the radiation dose of modified mobile DR is lower, and the image quality of modified mobile DR is higher. Thus bedside photography examination with modiifed mobile DR is more convenient, lfexible and efifcient compared with that of mobile CR. Conclusion The digital modiifcation system of DRX-1 wireless lfat-panel detector and bedside photography machine has improved the work process and image quality of bedside photography.
