复方白术颗粒对大鼠缺血脑组织超微结构的影响

摘    要:目的:观察复方白术颗粒对大鼠急性缺血脑组织超微结构的影响。方法:采用单侧大脑中动脉热凝闭法建立大鼠急性脑缺血模型,设立中药组、模型组和对照组,中药组给予复方白术颗粒灌胃,模型组只造模不用中药,对照组只开颅不闭塞脑动脉,电镜观察3组脑组织超微结构。结果:中药组大鼠脑缺血区神经元、神经突触、神经髓鞘、神经轴索及血脑屏障的损伤程度,血脑屏障周边星形细胞足突、神经元胞浆及神经轴突、树突水肿程度均轻于模型组。结论:复方白术颗粒能减轻大鼠急性缺血脑组织超微结构的损伤和水肿。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of compound granule of white atractylodes rhizome(CGWAR)on ultrastructure of ischemic cerebral tissue in rats. Methods:Ten Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: a CGWAR group( n = 6), a model group( n = 2) and a control group( n = 2) . The rat model of acute cerebral ischemia of the CGWAR and model groups were established with the heated occlusion in unilateral middle cerebral artery.The stomachs in treatment group were perfused with CGWAR.The ultrastructures of ischemic cerebral tissue in the 3 groups were observed with electron microscopy.Results: The injury degrees of neuron, synapse, nucleated sheath, neural axon and blood-brain barrier(BBB) and the edema degrees of the astraglia end feet around BBB, neuron cytoplasm, axon and dendrite in the CGWAR group were lighter than those in the model group.Conclusion: The CGWAR can reduce the injury and edema degrees of the ultrastructure of ischemic cerebral tissue in rats.
