摘    要:以溶胶-凝胶法与固相反应法制备的Al_2TiO_5粉体为主要原料,采用淀粉为造孔剂,制备多孔钛酸铝陶瓷。研究了Al_2TiO_5粉体及添加剂对多孔陶瓷的抗折强度、显气孔率、物相组成和显微结构等的影响。结果表明,添加5%MgO和10%SiO_2制备的多孔钛酸铝陶瓷的抗折强度为22.68MPa,显气孔率为35.18%;加入复合添加剂比单一添加剂更有效地抑制Al_2TiO_5的高温分解,提高陶瓷的抗折强度。

Abstract:Porous aluminum titanate ceramic was prepared by using starch as pore forming agent and Al2TiO5 powder as the main raw material.The Al2TiO5 powder was synthesized before hand by sol-gel method and solid-state reaction me.The effects of Al2TiOs powder and additives on the bending strength,apparent porosity,phase composition and microstructure of the porous ceramics were studied.The results show that with 5% MgO and 10% SiO2 added,the apparent porosity of the porous ceramics is 35.18% and bending strength 22.68MPa.The addition of compound additives could more effectively inhibit the decomposition of Al2TiO5 at high temperature and improve the bending strength of the ceramics than the addition of single.
