摘    要:随着油田开采进入中后期,原油开采率较以往有了不同程度的减产,但我国仍有70%以上的原油需要管道来输送,而原油在管道长期运行过程中,不可避免的会因为原油的粘性过大造成水力摩阻损失、结蜡等问题,导致原油输送效率降低,能耗增大。因此如何降低油田管道输送原油粘度过大的问题已经成为我们亟需去解决的难题。电磁法降粘技术作为一种新型的绿色环保技术越来越受到青睐,而且能耗极低,完全符合如今的能源可持续发展计划。通过外加电场,控制电场强度和频率,对原油进行处理,优选出电磁法对原油降粘效果达到最佳的电场参数。设计了一套模拟电磁场对管输原油的降粘装置,模拟不同电场强度以及不同频率的电磁法降粘实验。通过实验数据的对比分析,发现该装置极大的降低了原油的粘度,改善了原油的流动性。

Abstract:With the oil field development entering into middle and later periods, the crude oil extraction rate reduces, but more than 70% of China's crude oil need be transported by pipelines. In long-term operation process of the crude oil pipeline, hydraulic friction loss, wax precipitation and other issues inevitably happen because of excessive crude oil viscosity, resulting in low efficiency of crude oil delivery, high energy consumption. So how to reduce the crude oil viscosity has become the urgent problem needing to be solved. The electromagnetic technology for viscosity reduction as a new type of green technology is increasingly favored because of its low energy consumption. In this paper, the external electric field was used to control the strength and frequency of the electric field to treat crude oil, electric field parameters were optimized. A set of crude oil viscosity reducing device with simulated electromagnetic field was designed, the electromagnetic viscosity reduction experiment was simulated under different electric field strength and frequency. Through comparative analysis of experimental data, it's found that the device greatly reduced the viscosity of crude oil and improved the fluidity of crude oil.
