| 摘 要： | 休闲是人类文化的基础,体育是休闲行为之一;它们都是文化的结晶,是文化传承的栽体和文化创造的来源.休闲体育的本质在于培育人的理性、激情、勇敢、道德和习惯养成.其目的在于陶冶身心、练达魂魄,进而达到能言善举、能解音律、举止娴雅的境界.亦对提升国民素养、健全人格、强盛民族有重要的影响.
