| 摘 要： | 通过对凸球面类零件数控铣削加工工艺的分析与设计,以FANUC 0i数控系统为例,分别编制了能用于实际的粗、精加工通用宏程序,体现了宏程序在数控加工中具有的强大作用,并可为相似零件的数控铣削加工提供借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis and design of the manufacturing process for CNC milling convex spherical parts and take the FANUC 0i system for example,this paper compiles the general macro program that can be used for actual production process,which showes the powerful function of the macro program in the CNC system and provides the useful reference for manufacturing the similar parts in the CNC milling system. |
