摘 要: | 基于品质状态评估的背景,在分析某型装备品质状态影响因素的基础上,从通用性能信息、测试信息、环境信息和装备履历信息出发,分别运用BP神经网络、ER算法、物元理论和灰色聚类法进行分析评估;最终进行各类信息的数据融合,从而掌握装备的品质状态,为装备品质管理与维修决策提供支持.

Abstract: | Based on the background of quality condition evaluation,the factors that affect quality condition of a certain equipment are analyzed from general performance information,test information,environmental information and equipment history information respectively,in which the BP neural network,the ER algorithm,the matter-element theory and grey clustering method are used for evaluation.Eventually,the data of all kinds of information are fused to grasp the quality condition of the equipment,providing support for the equipment quality management and maintenance decision-making. |
