| 摘 要： | 基于对"瘀"的认识,结合中医基础理论、中风病的病机理论及临床证候特征,提出"瘀"为中风病的核心病机的理论,从气郁、痰阻和血瘀3方面对这一理论的内涵及理论依据进行全面论述,并据此提出以祛瘀生新法治疗中风病。

| Abstract: | Basing on the understanding of stasis and combining basic theory of TCM with pathogenesis theory and clinical syndrome of stroke, the theory that stasis is the core pathogenesis of Stroke was advanced. The connotation and basis of the theory were totally discussed in three aspects, such as, Qi depression, stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis. A therapy called QuYu ShengXin was proposed to treat stroke based on this theory. |
