特高强度铝包钢线生产工艺研究

摘    要:特高强度铝包钢线选用含碳量较高的82B钢进行生产,在生产时确保钢丝表面温度在910~920℃之间。在拉拔过程中,通过10个道次的拉拔将单道次压缩率控制在17%以下。工艺改进后,铝包钢线的强度在1 750~1 800 MPa之间,且在拉拔、复绕、绞合过程中很少出现断线现象。

Abstract:About the manufacturing of extra high strength aluminum clad steel wire, we select the type 82B steel wire which has a high percentage of carbon. The temperature of steel wire surface Should be guaranteed between 910 - 920℃ during the manufacturing. And each compression ratio should he controlled fewer than 17% among the 10 drawing channels. After updating the manufacturing technique, the tensile stress of ACS wire ranges from 1 750 MPa to 1 800 MPa, and rare break happens in the process of drawing , rewinding and stranding.
