摘    要:将改性的MgSO4和CaCO3晶须加入聚丙烯中,在二次开模条件下制备微发泡聚丙烯(PP)/晶须复合材料,通过晶须在基体中的分散性、泡孔直径大小分布和泡孔密度,分析了不同晶须对材料的发泡行为与力学性能的影响.结果表明,晶须具有一定成核效应,CaCO3晶须的泡孔尺寸25.27μm左右,填充增强效果差;MgSO4晶须的泡孔尺...

Abstract:Modified MgSO4 and CaCO3 whisker was added into polypropylene.The microcellular foam PP/whisker composites were made under the condition of twice-open mold.The influence of different types of whisker on the foaming behavior and mechanical properties of PP composites was analyzed by dispersion of the whisker,cell size and cell density in matrix material.The results show that CaCO3 whisker has a little nucleation efficiency in foamed PP composites,the cell size of this microcellular PP composites is about 25.27 μm,enhancement effect is poor in foamed PP composites.However,as for MgSO4 whisker,there is a little nucleation efficiency,the cell size of this microcellular PP composites is about 26.75 μm,enhancement effect is better,in foamed PP composites,tensile strength is 30.5 MPa.Owing to it′s lower cost and better enhancement effect,MgSO4 whisker is an ideal filler used in foamed PP composites.
