氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合莫沙必利及雷贝拉唑治疗功能性消化不良患者的疗效观察

目的:探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合莫沙必利、雷贝拉唑治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:随机将2016年3月~2018年9月治疗FD的88例患者分为两组,A组采用莫沙必利联合雷贝拉唑治疗,B组患者在A组治疗基础上采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗前临床症状分级评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05);B组治疗后症状分级评分明显低于A组,治疗总有效率明显高于A组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合莫沙必利、雷贝拉唑治疗FD,能有效改善患者的疾病症状与负面情绪,提高其临床治疗效果。

Therapeutic Effect of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets Combined with Mosapride and Rabeprazole in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen combined with mosapride and rabeprazole in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:88 patients with FD treated from March 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with Mosapride combined with rabeprazole.Group B was treated with flupentixol and melitracen on the basis of group A.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in clinical symptom grading score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Symptom grading score of group B was significantly lower than that of group A after treatment,and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of flupentixol and melitracen with mosapride and rabeprazole in the treatment of FD can effectively improve the symptoms and negative emotions of patients,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
