| Abstract: | PLUS grate cooler is an innovative grate cooler of the fourth generation grate cooler,which is stable,reliable,simple and intelligent,and can save energy and reduce cost.Excellent performance of PLUS grate cooler can be found in nine aspects:ultra-high transport efficiency of moving grate bed;ultra-low maintenance cost due to minimizing wear area;ultra-strong adaptive capacity due to area variable travel;ultra-low cooling power consumption due to low resistance grate plate;super long service life due to high load bearing support wheel;ultra-high reliability due to integrated keel box girder;super-tight sealing between columns;less hydraulic cylinder and low pressure;new closed snow-pushing device. |
