蛋白聚糖与自体移植静脉硬化的关系

摘    要:通过建立大白鼠自体颈外静脉植入腹主动脉辅以高脂饲料的动物模型,观察自体移植静脉粥样硬化形成过程,分析其内膜重建过程中内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞形态的改变及蛋白聚糖含量的变化与粥样硬化形成间的关系。探讨其发病机理,指出内膜层硫酸软骨素蛋白聚糖的蓄积是自体移植静脉粥样硬化形成的关键。

Abstract:To explore the mechanism of autogenous vein graft atherogenesis,an experimental model was designed.The quantitative changes of intimal proteoglycans (PGs)and morphologic changes of imtirnal endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells during the course of atherogenesis were investigated electronmicroseopically using autogenous external jugular vein implanted into the aorta in rats. The results suggested that through interaction with low density lipoproteins,the accumulation of PGs in the intima can enhance lipid deposition in the inner wall of grafted vein,leading to the development of atherosclerotic lesions in autogenously grafted vein.
