LabVIEW环境下的阀控马达电液伺服机构及其测控系统

摘    要:以NI—LabVIEW为软件开发环境,以方位角跟踪电液伺服马达机构为对象,针对其电液伺服系统的总体构成及在LabVIEW平台下相关的运动控制技术和系统软件结构从整体上进行了构思和分析研究。实现了用于方位角跟踪的电液伺服马达系统的控制,以及系统性能的在线实时测试。得出了有关提高系统控制水平和性能测试的实用和有效的方法。

Abstract:Regarding NI-LabVIEW as the software developing environment , and taking aim at the electrohydraulic servo motor mechanics with the azimuthal tracking, the plot was made out, the total composing of eleetrohydraulie servo system and related motion control technique with its construction under the LabVIEW from the whole was analyzed and researched. The control of azimuth angle of eleetrohydraulie servomotor system, and the on-line and real-time test of the system performance were realized. It achieves practical valid method relevant improving system control level.
