三峡工程用500kV大容量输电线路导线的研究

本文概述三峡工程用 5 0 0 k V大容量输电线路用导线的现状与发展趋势 ;研制的主要内容 :包括六种不同类型和规格的新线种 ,架空线检测技术与检测条件 ,建立一个铝合金导线生产工厂。对所需六种新线种和原材料 :电工铝线、高强度铝合金线、铝包钢线、高强度镀锌钢线和特高强度镀锌钢线 ;对工艺技术与装备 :铝(铝合金 )连铸连轧、铝连续挤压、连续拉线、冷压焊和绞线 ;对架空线检测技术和检测条件等都给于较详细叙述。文中还对新研制导线所带来的经济效益和社会效益 ,对行业的推动作用和影响进行介绍

Research into the conductors for the 500 kV large capacity transmission lines used in the Three Gorges Power Supply Project

This paper presents the status quo and tendency of development of the conductors for the 500 kV large capacity transmission lines used in the Three Gorges Project. The main contents of the research include six new conductors of different type and size, test and inspection of overhead conductors and set up of aluminium alloy conductor factories. This paper describes in detail the raw materials for the six new type conductors including electric aluminium conductor, high strength aluminium alloy conductor, aluminium clad steel wire, high strength galvanisel steel wire and super high strength galvanised steel wire; process and equipment needed including aluminium(alumnus alloy) continuous casting and rolling, aluminium continuous extrusion, continuous wire drawing, cold press weld and wire stranding; and test technique and condition of overhead conductors. It also presents the economic and social benefits to be brought about by the newly developed conductors as well as the promotion to and influence on the Wire and Cable Industry in China by the new conductors.
