帕罗西汀与小剂量奥氮平治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效

目的探讨帕罗西汀与小剂量奥氮平治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取无锡市精神卫生中心2018年9月—2019年9月收治的老年抑郁症患者100例,按照奇偶法分为奥氮平组和帕罗西汀组,每组50例。帕罗西汀组予以帕罗西汀治疗,奥氮平组在帕罗西汀组基础上予以小剂量奥氮平治疗。2组均治疗8周。比较2组治疗前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,临床疗效、威斯康星卡片分类测验结果,并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前2组SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后奥氮平组SDS评分低于帕罗西汀组(P<0.05)。奥氮平组治疗总有效率高于帕罗西汀组(P<0.05)。奥氮平组正确数高于帕罗西汀组,错误数、随机错误数、持续错误数低于帕罗西汀组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论帕罗西汀与小剂量奥氮平治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者抑郁症状、认知功能,且安全性较高。

Clinical efficacy of paroxetine and low-dose olanzapine in the treatment of senile depression

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of paroxetine and low-dose olanzapine in the treatment of senile depression.Methods A total of 100 cases of elderly patients with depression were selected from September 2018 to September 2019 in Wuxi Mental Health Center,which were divided into olanzapine group and paroxetine group according to the odd-even method,with 50 cases in each group.Paroxetine group was treated with paroxetine,while olanzapine group was treated with low-dose of olanzapine based on paroxetine group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Self-rating depression scale(SDS) score before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and wisconsin card sorting test were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the SDS score of olanzapine group was lower than paroxetine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of olanzapine group was higher than paroxetine group(P<0.05).The olanzapine group of correct number was higher than paroxetine group,but the number of errors,random errors and persistent errors was lower than paroxetine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine and low-dose olanzapine have an exact clinical effect for senile depression,which can effectively improve depression symptoms and cognitive function of patients,and with high safety.
