多元硫化物对煤体微观形貌和自燃特性影响的研究

摘    要:为了研究井下多元硫化物对煤体微观形貌和自燃特性的影响,分别测试了不同含硫量煤样的真密度、孔隙率、微观形貌和吸氧量等参数。结果表明:煤样孔隙率随含硫量的增大而增大;原煤样加入FeS2和FeS,使表面细微颗粒物增多;经氧化升温,块状煤体破碎成若干细颗粒,促进了煤的自燃;FeS对促进煤的低温吸氧和缩短煤的自然发火期的作用略大于FeS2;在相同煤温条件下,CO产生量随硫含量的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,硫含量分别为3%和4%时,CO和C2H4的产生量最大。

Study on the influence of micromorphology and spontaneous combustion characteristics of polysulfide on coal

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the micromorphology and spontaneous combustion characteristics of polysufide on coal,the true density,porosity,micromorphology and oxygen uptake of coal samples with different sulfur content were tested.The results show that the porosity of coal sample increases with the increase of sulfur content;and adding of FeS2 and FeS to the original coal samples,the fine particles on the surface were increased;after oxidation and heating,the massive coal body was broken into several fine particles,which promoted the spontaneous combustion of coal;the effect of FeS on promoting the low-temperature oxygen absorption and shortening the natural combustion period of coal was slightly greater than that of FeS2;under the same coal temperature condition,the CO production increased first and then decreased with the increase of sulfur content,and when the sulfur content was 3%and 4%,the production of CO and C2H4 was the largest.
