| 摘 要： | 结直肠癌在我国的发病率逐年递增,以手术为主导的综合治疗目前仍然是结直肠癌的主要治疗方法,综合治疗包括术前的放疗、化疗和放化疗联合等多种手段。本文仅对目前结直肠癌及肝转移的术前辅助化疗进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | The morbidity of colorectal cancer is increasing in our country in recent years . Combined therapy is the main treatment of colorectal cancer, which include preoperative radiotherapy,preoperative chemotherapy and chemoradiotherapy. This article reviewed the development of preoperative chemotherapy in colorectal cancer and liver metastasis. |
