| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了汽缸套内表面激光处理通用程序的设计。该程序用Ｃ 语言编制， 通过运行该程序， 完成了汽缸套内表面激光处理的工艺设计， 为汽缸套内表面的处理提供重要参数， 可利用该参数编制用于汽缸套内表面处理的数控程序。试验证明： 该程序具有较强的通用性， 适合各种尺寸及要求不同淬硬面积的汽缸套内表面处理， 也可推广用于管类零件的内表面处理。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the general program designing of laser processsing for inner surface of cylinder and the program is compiled by Borland C ++ .Through running the program technology designing of laser processing for the inner surface of cylinder is succeeded and importand parameters for laser processing is provided,by emploing tne parameters the CNC program for laser processing is edited.The experiment shows that the program pocesses the character of using commom,fitting for cylinder of various measure and the demand of hardening measure.And it can be used in inner surface of various parts shaped in tupe. |
