摘    要:群时延失真是影响宽带卫星通信误码性能的重要因素之一。文章介绍了群时延的概念和数学模型,给出了群时延仿真模型与仿真方法,最后利用MATLAB软件仿真了两种典型群时延对系统性能的影响,说明在宽带通信中必须要重视信道群时延特性。

Abstract:Group delay distortion is one of the most important factors which affect the BER (bit error rate) performance of wide-band satellite communication. The concept and expressions of group delay and group delay simulation model are introduced here. Based on the two classical group delay distortion models and using MATLAB software, this paper simulates the influence of group delay distortion on communication system performance. The result shows that the influence of group delay distortion on wide-band communication system must be taken account of.
