| 摘 要： | 本文75例老年糖尿病血液流变学测定值高于对照组,考虑可能与血浆渗透压增高、脂质、球蛋白含量上升有关。病例合并心、脑血管并发症者,其血液粘度明显增高,提示血粘度增高与心,脑血管并发症的发生有密切关系。及时控制高血糖、降低血液粘度对防治老年糖尿病的血管并发症具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Determination of hemorheology were undertaken in 75 cases of ageddiabetic patients. It was found that the blood vis?sity in diabetes was higherthan that in healthy, and the mean value increased gradually with age.lt wasconsidered thatthe high blood uiscosity ues significantly correlated to the highplasma osmotic pressure, lipid and globulin concentration.The blood viscosityincreased obviously in diabeti?s with cardiac or cerebral vascular complicationscompared with control group. It is suggested that there is a close relationshipbetween high blood viscosity and diabetic vascular complications. To decrease theblood viscosity is of very important significance for prevention and treatmentof the diabetics and its macro or micro vescular complications |
